Final Conference

Within our dissemination strategy, we plan to organisea final conference in France (Paris) in order to present the results of the project and share experiences/expertise with the scientific community.

This final conference will involve not only the researchers participating to the project but also other research fellows and practionners able to discuss the SOLARIS outcomes and to put them in perspective with their own expertise and experiences.

4th JUNE 2024

SOLARIS FINAL CONFERENCE ONLINE

The final conference will be held online, on 4 June 2024, from 13h30 to 16h30 (CET). During the event the main results of the SOLARIS project will be presented in 3 main sessions:

Session #1 on the issues of equity and justice identified and addressed in Flood Risk Management;
Session #2 on policy commitment to ensure that different vulnerability situations are taken into account;
Session #3 on the implications of the results for practitioners.

The detailed programme will be available early May.

Each session will be organised around the presentation of the synthesis of the project results and a discussion from one or more external researchers or practitionners.

There will be time for questions and answers at the end of each session.
