Solaris Consortium meeting from 31 May to 2 June 2023, in Le Mans

In May 2023, the Solaris team met at the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers in Le Mans, France. An opportunity to make progress on the comparative analysis and the ongoing scientific articles. The researchers also discussed the forthcoming organisation of local discussion groups within each of the case studies, another method of involving local stakeholders in the production of results.

Solaris Consortium meeting from 15 to 17 February, 2023, in Paris

In February 2023, the SOLARIS team met at the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers, in Paris . An opportunity to formally conclude the empirical work and to make progress on ongoing publications.

Solaris Consortium meeting from 21 to 23 September, 2022, in Antwerp

The SOLARIS team met in Antwerp in September 2022. An oppportunity to make progress on the results of the empirical work and on the on-going publications. On its final day, SOLARIS Team organize its first advisory committee, inviting experts from the four countries to discuss the preliminary results. Find out more here!

Solaris Consortium meeting on May 12 and 13, 2022, in London!

The SOLARIS team finally managed to meet in person in May 2022, at the London consortium meeting! This moment of collective exchange allowed the researchers to review the progress of the fieldwork and the main provisional results. This sharing allowed the first ideas to emerge for the implementation of comparative reflections on the case studies. 

Solaris Consortium meeting on December 16 and 17, 2021

Despite the epidemic and travel constraints, the Solaris team was able to organise its consortium meeting online in December 2021. This meeting was an opportunity to review the intermediate products of WP1 and to prepare the launch of WP2, the fieldwork!

Study day "Risks and environmental inequalities"

On June 29 2021 several Solaris members participated in the study day “Risks and environmental inequalities” of the research axis DATE (Territorial and Environmental Action and Dynamics) of the CITERES Laboratory. The day took place at the location of “Les Iles Noires” in the community of La Riche (France).

Solaris consortium meeting on June, 2021

A second consortium meeting of Solaris took place on-line on June 24 2021. The meeting took stock of the collective working sessions held during May and June on the conceptual and methodological framework of the project.

Solaris Kick-off meeting

The Kick-off meeting of Solaris took place on March 29 and 30 2021, during the first month of the project. It took place on-line and gathered all consortium members. The discussions covered conceptual framework issues, the selection of case studies, and coordination and communication missions.
