This WP is organised in two steps :

Two comparative assessment grids will be developed:

• one related to the level of consideration given to distributional and solidarity issues within CCAP in each case study;
• and the other related to the level of public participation within each CCAP implemented in the case studies.

The assessment will rely mainly on qualitative criteria (stemming from the expertise of the researchers and the analysis conducted) but also on quantitative ones (number of participants to meetings for instance).

The formulation of the comparative assessment grids will involve all the researchers who conducted the case studies in order to base the comparison on a congruent assessment.

The second step will be devoted to the production of the comparative analysis highlighting the relationships between efforts to integrate distributional issues and public participation within CCAP and the dominant strategy of CCAP.
