Since<br \/>\n2017 she takes on the external partnership coordination of the Department of<br \/>\nplanning and environment, as well of the digital and multimedia pedagogy. She<br \/>\nis an elected member of the executive board of the University. Her main<br \/>\nresearch topics include flood management regulations in urban spaces, risk<br \/>\ngovernance in Europe and France, social vulnerability and adaptation strategies<br \/>\nto manage flood hazard dynamics. <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<figure><img width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/solaris.univ-tours.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/JeromeCARDINAL-150x150.png\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n<h3>Jer\u00f4me Cardinal<\/h3>\n<p><p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>Phd candidate, CITERES research centre<o:p><\/o:p><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Jer\u00f4me joined <i>Cities, Territories,<br \/>\nEnvironment and Societies<\/i> research centre (CITERES) as a Phd candidate in<br \/>\n2020. His thesis analyses distributive and spatial effects of ACC policies in a<br \/>\ncontext of flood risk management. Before, he realized several research missions<br \/>\nrelated to environmental topics. From 2019 to 2020, he was a research assistant<br \/>\nat the University of Lille in a research project on the governance of marine<br \/>\nspaces. He also worked as a research assistant in l\u2019Institut du D\u00e9veloppement<br \/>\nDurable et des Relations Internationales (IDDRI), a think-tank linked to <i>Sciences<br \/>\nPo Paris,<\/i> on the governance of the French dairy sector (2018-2019). In her thesis, she<br \/>\nanalysed <i>risk management committees<\/i> which were created to encourage<br \/>\ncitizen participation in risk management policies in Costa Rica\u2019s capital, San<br \/>\nJose. She studied the interactions between inhabitants and local authorities<br \/>\nwithin these committees in two case studies. Before, Sofia worked in a French<br \/>\nresearch project, at the University of Tours, about urban projects in<br \/>\nflood-prone areas (2014). The purpose was to study how city planners handle<br \/>\npractical barriers in risk management solutions. She received her Master\u2019s<br \/>\ndegrees on political science from the University of <i>Sciences Po Rennes <\/i>and<br \/>\non social science from the <i>School of Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences. <o:p><\/o:p><\/i><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (CNAM)<br \/><\/h2>\n<figure><img width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/solaris.univ-tours.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/MarieFOURNIERr-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n<h3>Marie Fournier<\/h3>\n<p><p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>Assistant Professor,<br \/>\nGeomatics and Land Management Research Center<o:p><\/o:p><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Marie is an assistant professor in spatial and urban planning at the <i>National<br \/>\nConservatory of Arts and Crafts<\/i>, where she is also a member of the <i>Geomatics<br \/>\nand Land Management<\/i> research Centre. Her PhD (2010) focused on public<br \/>\nparticipation in flood risk management policies on the Loire River basin. She<br \/>\nwas involved in 2 European research projects: FP7 STARFLOOD and JPI Climate<br \/>\n2013 TRANSADAPT. She also participated in research projects focusing on the<br \/>\nimplementation of river and wetland management policies in France. Her main<br \/>\nresearch topics include local governance, institutional arrangements and land<br \/>\nuse regulations in wetlands, flood management and adaptation policies in France<br \/>\nand Europe. She holds a PhD in public law from University of Lyon 3<br \/>\n(2014). For several years, her research has been related to the perception of<br \/>\nsoil by law, nationally and internationally. These reflections led her to<br \/>\nquestion the notion of the common good, confronted with various regimes of land<br \/>\nownership. By extension, her works address various issues such as agriculture,<br \/>\nbiodiversity protection and environmental governance. She is a board member of<br \/>\nthe European section of the <i>Society for Conservation Biology<\/i> (SCB), and<br \/>\nparticipate to the <i>International Commission on Environmental Law<\/i> of the<br \/>\nInternational Union for Conservation of Nature.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<figure><img src=\"https:\/\/solaris.univ-tours.fr\/wp-content\/plugins\/elementor\/assets\/images\/placeholder.png\" title=\"\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<h3>Nathalie Thommeret<\/h3>\n<p><p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>Assistant professor, Geomatics and Land Management Research Center<o:p><\/o:p><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Nathalie is an assistant professor in geomatics at the Higher School of<br \/>\nSurveyors and Topographers at the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts. She<br \/>\nreceived a PhD in Geography University from University of Paris 1 in 2012. Her<br \/>\nresearch mainly deals with the development of tools using GIS and data analysis<br \/>\nto characterize spatial phenomena for various applications (mainly in riverine<br \/>\nenvironments). She contributes in particular to a national tool for assessing<br \/>\nthe hydromorphological quality of rivers. In SOLARIS, Nathalie Thommeret will<br \/>\nmainly contribute to WP1 (Conceptual framework) and WP2 (Case study Analysis).<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>University of Paris-Est Creteil<br \/><\/h2>\n<figure><img width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/solaris.univ-tours.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/CorinneLARRUE-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n<h3>Corinne Larrue<\/h3>\n<p><p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>Full<br \/>\nprofessor, Paris School of Urban Planning<br \/>\n(EUP), <\/b><b> Lab\u2019Urba Research Centre<\/b><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Corinne works as a professor at<br \/>\nthe <i>Paris School of Urban Planning<\/i>, where she took on the direction<br \/>\nposition from 2014 to 2018. She is a member of Lab\u2019Urba research centre. Before,<br \/>\nshe was a professor at the University of Tours (1991-2013), teaching public<br \/>\npolicy analysis and environmental management strategies. She took on the<br \/>\ndirection of the Ecological engineering and Sustainable management of<br \/>\nFreshwater Systems Department (2008-2013), and the Direction of the CITERES Research Centre (2008-2011) both within University of Tours. She is presently a member of the <i>Ecologic<br \/>\nTransition Committee <\/i>and of the <i>Regional <\/i><i>Environmental<br \/>\nAuthority Commission for the<br \/>\nCentre Val de Loire Region<\/i>. Her main research topics include environmental policies, territorial governance and climate<br \/>\nchange.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<figure><img width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/solaris.univ-tours.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/C.Gardesse-150x150.png\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n<h3>Camille Gardesse<\/h3>\n<p><p style=\"text-align:justify\"><b>Assistant professor, Paris School of Urban Planning<br \/>\n(EUP), <\/b><b> Lab\u2019Urba Research Centre<\/b><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"> Camille is an assistant professor in urban planning and sociology at the <i>Paris School of Urban Planning<\/i>, a member of Lab\u2019Urba research centre and a research fellow at the Institut Convergences Migration. Her PhD (2011) analyzed citizen participation during the urban redevelopment of the central district Les Halles in Paris. She works as well on notions of poverty, discriminations and minorities in urban areas with a focus on exiles arrived in France. Her research involves the analysis of french migration policies (and the irruption of new stakeholders in French migration governance), and their effects on exiles trajectories and residential experiences.
